lakeland Situation:
The City of Lakeland, FL contracted AppTheory to redesign and redevelop their electric utility site. Their requirements were flexible and mostly centered around getting an updated-looking site on a CMS. AppTheory designed and implemented the site, working with their team to consult on setting up their server environment, as well as working with a third-party utility payment provider to integrate the look and feel across the two sites to make it a seamless transition for the user.
